We provide a wide range of professional athletic and fitness services to bring out the athlete in you. Our multidisciplinary approach to fitness training and athletics is ideal for all fitness levels.

If you have a team of youth athletes or a team of adult professional athletes, we are well equipped with the knowledge and expertise to safely and effectively get you the results you want.

We also offer kickboxing and boxing fitness training for those who are into fight sports our program will enhance your body's ability to endure round after round of calorie burning physical conditioning that is unlike any other program you have encountered due to our unique style of training.

Monthly Packages

Make your choice of any session type during every session from personal training, aqua, or clinic:

The Bronze Athlete: 3 weekly sessions (12 total per month) - $500 [$41 per session]

The Silver Athlete: 4 weekly sessions (16 total per month) - $550 [$34 per session]

The Gold Athlete: 5 weekly sessions (20 total) - $600 [$30 per session]

Family Packages
Getting healthy with family members is pivotal to a life of longevity and happiness. Your family will partner with one of our coach(es) to create dynamic workout environments that are cost-efficient and interactively challenging to bring out the Athlete in every family member.

Couples Packages
- Mix & Match Gold Athletes: Select this package to share 5 weekly sessions between you and your partner (20 monthly sessions) - $600 [$30 per session]
Family Packages
Ultimate Family: For families of three or more, select this package to allocate 3 weekly sessions per f\amily member - $400 per person [i.e. Family of three monthly cost $1200)

Every 1st Saturday!

This is not boot camp class! Expect the unexpected!

Ghost Training Fitness brings to you our very own Fitness Combine! If you want to be challenged, if you want to get fit, if you want to win and you like a team oriented environment, this is the event for you! Win the Most Valuable Athlete (MVA) trophy or your team can win the team trophy and hold on to it as long as you can. So put your game face on and bring it the Fitness Combine every 1st Saturday at 9:00am.
